Probiotic Garlic Dip

Probiotic Garlic Dip

Making Healthy Probiotic Dip at Home

I love making my own probiotics at home.

Different probiotic foods provide diverse good bacteria and yeasts that enhance the trillions of bacteria in the body and allow them to thrive, grow, and multiply. Probiotic allows you, the host, the opportunity to heal disease, remove pathogens, enhance digestion, make serotonin, and experience a multitude of other opportunities for healing that otherwise would not have been possible.

Besides, probiotic foods can be part of delicious recipes, such as this fantastic dip.

  • 1 ½ cup kefir (you can use dairy free variety if needed)
  • ¾ teaspoon (TSP) salt
  • 1-2 TSP organic mustard
  • 2-3 clove of garlic (grinded)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Place kefir in the bowl.

Step 2

Add salt and mustard to the kefir.

Press garlic into the mixture and mix everything. Your dip is ready to be used.

Step 4

If you chose to make the more complicated taste of your dip, add 1-2 TSP of balsamic vinegar. I used raspberry – lime, which made the dip excellent.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

In a large bowl filled with warm water, soak the rice noodles for 25-30 minutes until mostly softened.

Step 2

In a saucepan, heat the chili paste over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly so it doesn’t burn.

Step 3

Add the coconut milk, coconut aminos sauce, and sugar and bring to a simmer then reduce the heat to low.

Step 4

Add the broccoli, carrots, cabbage and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
